Participate in a Survey about Violent Incidents in Sport

The Eppley Institute is supporting a research study to assess awareness of violent incidents in sports organizations, including parks and recreation institutions.  We invite leaders in parks, recreation, and sport organizations to share their perspectives regarding violent sport incidents. Individual responses will not be reported nor linked to your name or institution when published. All individuals who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing to receive one of 25 Amazon gift cards (each a $25 value). The survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes of your time.
